“ I've been eating at Pho99 for many years. The food and service is very consistent. Happily, it is always the same. The decor and ambience is certainly not luxurious, but rather stark and simple. However, it is always very clean, well organized and the service is friendly and extremely efficient. I appreciate that they have a wide variety of offerings on their menu. I think the pho is some of the most flavorful in town. I've been told they start making their broth the night before. Another nice plus; they offer a "frequent buyer" Punch card. After 9 purchases you get the 10th free. Pho99 is owned and operated by a hardworking family. I enjoy going there. Pho99 is in my inventory of places I patronize regularly. ”
